Garner NC Real Estate Market Report – March 2011

Garner, NC real estate is looking stable month over month.  You’ll see below (red indicates increases in supply, green indicates decreases) there are 20.9% less new active listings in March compared to February, a 4.7% increase in the number of total active homes available, 6 less homes under contract and 4 more closings at the end of March. Taking us back to January for reference there were very similar stats with 42 new active, 160 active, 9 closed homes and 14 under contract.

Collectively a consistent real estate market so far for 2011.
