Cary Real Estate Market Review in February 2014Presenting the February 2014 Cary real estate market recap!  Real estate in Cary, NC performed strong, selling for an average of $372,980 in February.  35% of the real estate transactions resulted from either closed or under contract homes (compared with 29% in February 2013 and 20% in February 2012 and 15% in February 2011).

Cary, NC single family detached homes that closed last month averaged only 71 days on market before closing.  Something to keep in mind, and consistent with the trend throughout the Triangle, lower priced homes are selling much more quickly than those homes priced in higher brackets.

Cary continues to enjoy a steady and balanced market,  family-friendly neighborhoods, desirable amenities, close proximity to Raleigh and RTP (Research Triangle Park).
