Cary Real Estate Market Recap for January 2014!

Cary Real Estate Market Recap January 20142014 is off to a great start in the Cary real estate market!  Real estate in Cary, NC performed strong, selling for an average of $383,024 in January.  36% of the real estate transactions resulted from either closed or under contract homes (compared with 31% in January 2013 and 17% in January 2012 and 15% in January 2011).

For single family detached homes that closed last month they averaged only 74 days on market closing at an average of 98% sales to list price.  Something to keep in mind, and consistent with the trend throughout the Triangle, lower priced homes are selling much more quickly than those homes priced in higher brackets.
