As we mentioned, Wake Forest real estate averaged just over 2 months (only 61 days) on the market until sold for single family detached homes last month.  This is a great improvement to 131 days in August 2012 and 112 in August 2011.  At 99% sale to list price this makes 61 average days on the market even more extraordinary.

For a quick comparison:  Last month (August 2013) there were 108 single family detached Wake Forest closed homes, compared with 97 homes closed in August 2012 and 69 in August 2011.
