Apex NC Real Estate August 2013 Recap: 121 Closed, 99% Sale/List Price, 49 Days on the Market

Apex Real Estate Market - August StatsReal Estate statistics for Apex, NC had another solid month in August, 2013.  Once again Apex closed and pending single family detached sales knocked the previous 2 years stats out of the park, with 44% of the real estate activity accounting for homes that either went under contract or sold.  Comparing this 44% to the previous two years – August 2012 came in at 29% and August 2011 at 17% sold or pending homes (last month was slightly higher than July 2013 as well with 43%).

The pie chart shows the percentage of new active listings (homes that went on the market), total active listings, closed listings, and homes that have gone under contract, during August, 2013.
